Novabraid POLYFOAM FLOATLINE is constructed with a closed cell polyfoam core overbraided with UV stabilized alternating green and blackstrands of high tensile monofilament Polypropylene.

Novabraid DURAFLEX™ gillnet leadline is designed specifically for the unique demands of the North Atlantic fishery. It is constructed with a crimped lead alloy core extruded over polyester filament. Parallel lead strands are used in sizes from #150 and up.

Novabraid TRAP CORD is specifically designed for the demands of the lobster and crab fishery. Used for door closures and other components, Novabraid Trap Cord, is available in two cover styles. Our standard Polyester cover is white with black and teal markers. Multifilament polypropylene covers are also available in a variety of bright colors and camo. Stock MFP colors are orange with black markers and black with orange markers. Both cover styles are braided over our premium round white latex core
strands yielding 85% to 100% stretch even when subjected to freezing conditions.

Novabraid HERRING CORKLINE is a strong, light weight, floating
rope constructed with a parallel stranded core and a braided
cover of 100% UV stabilized mono-filament polypropylene. It
easily identified by its white cover with teal and blue markers.

Novabraid NORPACIFIC HIGH TENACITY GILLNET CORKLINE is constructed with UV stabilized orange polypropylene and white spun polyester braided cover over a 100% high tenacity polyester parallel strand core. The orange and white cover features a black longitudinal net hanging line. NorPacific HT is available in soft, medium, and firm lay.

PRO-SET

Samson 3-STRAND PRO-SET™ NYLON Pro-Set Nylon is a premium 3-Strand rope. It is manufactured to minimize shrinkage, snagging, and hockling; and maximize strength, durability, and flexibility. Sizes up to 1" dia. are also heat set and stabilized to enhance lay tension. Specific Gravity: 1.14

ULTRA BLUE

Samson 3-STRAND ULTRA BLUE™ Ultra Blue rope constructions are truly a major development in comparison to traditional polypropylene ropes. Ultra Blue ropes utilize our proprietary Ultra Blue bi-polymer olefin fiber. This maximum strength fiber creates ropes that are 30% to 35% higher in strength than equivalent polypropylene constructions. This fiber gives Ultra Blue ropes up to three times more wear life than polypropylene. The unique fiber surface develops excellent grip capability while adding to the surface wear life. The overall strength and wear features give the opportunity of down-sizing while maintaining longer wear life over standard polypropylene ropes Specific Gravity: .94 (Floats)

Novabraid SPECTEC-12™ is a hollow braided 12-strand rope using 100% Spectra fiber. It is designed with single ply construction up to 11/2” nominal size and two ply in larger diameters. Spectec-12 yields one of the highest strength to weight ratios available in a synthetic rope.

Novabraid NOVA SHOCK is our premium grade shock cord. Unlike hardware variety shock cord, Nova Shock is braided with color fast solution dyed polyester cover yarns for superior protection against abrasion and ultra-violet light. The core is comprised of parallel strands of round latex rubber yielding 85% to 100% elongation and recovery even after exposure to freezing conditions.

Novabraid PURSE SEINE LEADLINE is constructed with multiple strands of
crimped lead alloy within a braided polyester sleeve. The composite core is then over braided with high tenacity, low elongation, white, polyester yarn to maximize tensile strength, flexibility, and abrasion resistance.

Novabraid OLETEC-12™ is a hollow braided 12 strand rope using 100%
polyolefin high tenacity co-polymer fiber. It is designed with single
or two ply construction depending upon nominal size. Oletec 12 is
designed for commercial and marine applications where an easily
handled, high strength, floating rope is required.

Novabraid NYTEC-12 is a hollow braided 12-strand rope using 100% nylon
yarn. It is designed with single ply construction up to 1” nominal size and two ply in larger diameters. Available in solid white or solid black, it is fully spliceable and resistant to most chemicals.

Novabraid NYPRO is a double braided rope constructed with a 100% nylon
cover and a 100% multifilament polypropylene core. It is designed
for marine, industrial, and electric utility use where controlled elongation, abrasion resistance, and low weight are desired. Nypro is fully spliceable and easy to handle.

Novabraid NOVALITE HIGH PERFORMANCE is a double braided rope
constructed with a multi-filament polypropylene (MFP) cover and a
blend of Spectra and MFP in the core. It is designed for high performance sailing applications where a UV resistant, light weight, low stretch and easily handled line is essential.

Novabraid NOVA LITE is a double braided construction of multifilament
polypropylene in both core and cover. Novatec’s unique process
provides for a stronger, lighter line that is easy to handle with no
water absorption. Nova Lite floats, making it ideal for sheets on
dinghies and small keel boats as well as man over board, life
saving, or heaving lines.

Novabraid NOVAGOLD™ is our premium double braided nylon rope designed for general marine, industrial, and commercial use where controlled elongation, high strength, and abrasion resistance are required. It is constructed from the highest quality yarns to resist mildew, rot, and most chemicals.

Novabraid NOVABLUE! is our premium double braided polyester rope designed for general marine, industrial, and commercial use where low elongation, high strength, and abrasion resistance are required. Constructed from the highest quality UV stabilized yarns, Novablue’s balanced core and cover construction insures easy splicing.

Samson 2-IN-1 SUPER STRONG A double braid of high tenacity nylon fiber treated with Pro-Gard™ marine finish. This firm but flexible product maximizes wet wear life and strength due to the Pro-Gard™ marine finish. Will not shrink-harden during service and maintains full performance flexibility for handling. Specific Gravity: 1.14 Sizes 3/4" - 1-1/4" dia. conform to U.S. Military Specifications MIL-DTL-24050E. Sizes 1/4" and 1" meet Can. Spec; 40-GP-16M Type 1/MOT. Samson 2-IN-1 STABLE BRAID A firm polyester Double Braided rope with high strength, low stretch and excellent resistence to wear. Novabraid XLE-Z FEEL PERFORMER SERIES is an extra low elongation,
100% Polyester double braid like our standard XLE but with a cover constructed from DuPont’s Type 77 Dacron, long staple, spun filament, yarn. XLE-Z Feel delivers higher strength performance than similar spun polyester braids while continuing to provide an excellent feel, wet or dry.

Novabraid Dinghy Braid is carefully constructed with a high tenacity polyester parallel core with a Diamond Braid polyester cover. Core and cover balance insures a strong, low stretch and easy to handle line. Dinghy Braid is ideal for control lines on dinghies and small keel boats.

Novabraid POLYTEC-12 is a hollow braided 12-strand rope using 100%
polyester yarn. It is designed with a single or two ply construction depending upon nominal size. Available in long continuous lengths, it was originally designed as a pulling rope for electric utilities but has many other marine and industrial applications.

MEGA BRAID

New EnglandMEGA BRAID Ideal rope for use as a Mecate. Mega braid II is a 12-strand rope whose strands are invidually braided cords made from 100% nylon. Its unique design makes Mega braid both pliable and snag-resistant.

TROPHY BRAID
