SELMA FIDS Made from high polished stainless steel, Selma Fids are patented worldwide. Available in sets only, the Selma Fid may be used to splice hollow braided lines from 1/8'' to 9/16'', double braid yacht line and three-strand rope or twine up to 1 1/8''.
WIRE FIDS Created for performance-oriented cruisers and for club racers wanting higher strength and lighter weight than that achieved with polyester double braid. XLS Extra - T is very low stretch, it makes an excellent wire halyard replacement, and may be used for all sheeting and control applications. XLS Extra-T offers the smooth flexibility of a 24-strand braided polyester cover with a braided core made from a blend of MFP and Dyneema SK-60. Cover is white with your choice of blue, red, green, or no tracers. Color Code X: Red = 4; Green = 5; Blue = 8; 0 = White.
